Our F305 Internal Mixers are able to supply 215 litre batches in strip or slab options and suitable for large contract multi-tonne quantities, while our lab Banbury mixer can provide kilogram samples.
Mixing of rubber compound is controlled by a F305 Variable Speed Internal Mixer
Mixing is fully automated by a Zeppelin/Chronos Richardson operating system
Cooling & Stacking of mixed rubber is handled by automated conveyor systems.
The finished rubber compounds can be supplied in 50mm-700mm width & 5mm-10mm thickness.
